Juice Extraction Process

PurePress cold pressed juices are made by using a state of the art juicer called the Norwalk Press. Originally Norwalk Press Juicer designed by Dr. Walker in the early 1900's, this juicer exerts extreme pressure upon fruits and vegetables extracting all the vital vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. Even the nutrient packed and tough to juice greens such as kale and parsley are no match for the Norwalk Press.

This method of juicing is superior to any other way of juice extraction. There is no heat during the juicing process and there is minimal oxidation; which means that juices will stay fresh longer because there is very little mixing of juice with air during production.

Shelf Life & Storage

PurePress cold pressed juices are produced in such a unique way that they can remain in your refrigerator for up to three days or be deep frozen for up to six months and still retain most of its vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. All this with no additives and no preservatives; just fresh fruits and vegetables, and our special way of making juice.
